About Us
TimeTell B.V. is a successful and reliable IT organization that has been focused on Time Registration and Planning software since 1992. In this market, we are the market leader in the Benelux with over 600 customers and more than 135,000 users. In addition to the Netherlands, we are also active with our own offices in Belgium and Germany. TimeTell is also being rolled out by organizations with locations in various countries across Europe and the rest of the world. So, TimeTell is a suitable partner for international organizations as well.
TimeTell is a healthy and growing company with 40 employees. Over the past few years, our revenue and staff numbers have grown by an average of 10% per year. We develop the software entirely in-house with our own team. We maintain direct contact with our customers, and we are also responsible for training, implementation, and support. In short, we have all the knowledge in-house to offer and guarantee a solid solution.
TimeTell is independent and autonomous. The ownership of the company is held by the management. Our independence allows us the freedom to make decisions that are best for TimeTell. Our core principles are a healthy business operation, high-quality products and services, job satisfaction, satisfied customers and employees, integrity, and most importantly, continuity.
TimeTell is ISO 27001 Certified
An important factor in the security and quality of our products, processes, and services is that we are ISO 27001 certified. This certification assures customers that their data is handled responsibly and according to strict guidelines. ISO 27001 served as a guide for developing our information security plan. This plan sets standards that are ensured and verifiable within the organization. The establishment, implementation, and verification of these standards aim to improve the internal organization. As a result, TimeTell remains a reliable partner for its customers. TimeTell is audited annually by Digitrust.

Charity partnership
TimeTell feels part of society and aims to support organizations that are working to make the world a better place. We are proud to be a partner of Doctors Without Borders. They provide medical aid to people living in crisis situations and regions most affected by natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or conflicts.
Additionally, we support various charitable organizations with one-time donations.
Sustainability
In carrying out our business activities, we strive to minimize our environmental impact. For example, during the renovation of our own office, the building was well insulated to reduce energy consumption. As a result, our building received the highest energy label (A). The building is also equipped with 100 solar panels, which supply 60% of our energy needs. The remaining 40% comes from green energy (solar, wind, and bio) sourced from the Netherlands. Furthermore, we have implemented several other small measures to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.
TimeTell User Group (TUG)
TimeTell users have formed the TimeTell User Group, which represents the interests of its members and has signed an Escrow agreement with TimeTell B.V. This ensures the continuity of software maintenance. Also TUG-members making use of TimeTell Online enjoy a guarantee of continuity should TimeTell ever cease to exist.
NLdigital
TimeTell is an active member of NLdigital, the trade association that represents the interests of Dutch IT companies. We follow the NLdigital delivery conditions and were among the first to receive the DataPro Certificate. This certification allows IT organizations to demonstrate that they have taken all necessary actions under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We have created a ‘Data Pro’ data processing agreement, established a data breach protocol, and TimeTell is listed in the Data Pro Register.
