Implementation of your TimeTell software solution
It is important to work goal-oriented during the implementation. This means setting clear agreements and creating clear expectations. A plan of approach will be drawn up – in consultation with you. Many of our customers have a TimeTell working group, and some also have a TimeTell steering group. The working group is responsible for guiding the implementation, ensuring the proper functioning of TimeTell, and optimizing its use.
Other consultancy services
In some cases, it may be desirable to hire a TimeTell consultant after the implementation phase. Of course, this is possible. Depending on the tasks, TimeTell consultants can carry out the work either on-site or remotely from the TimeTell office in Voorburg in The Netherlands.
Custom Reports
If desired, we can build custom reports for our clients using the reporting module.
Conversion and Reconfiguration
Over time, customers need to upgrade to a new version of the software. This ensures they have an up-to-date version that is fully supported. Many customers prefer to be assisted by a TimeTell consultant during this conversion. This moment is often used to evaluate the setup of TimeTell. Sometimes, it’s decided to reconfigure the application and take advantage of the new functionalities available in that release.
Application Management
If there is no capacity or expertise in-house to handle the functional application management of TimeTell, a TimeTell consultant can be hired for a few hours per week. This may be a combination of remote support and on-site support. For a fixed monthly fee, the support is provided, and TimeTell will ensure a replacement if the consultant is unavailable. This guarantees continuity of support.
Support Plus
With Support Plus, TimeTell customers have the option to have occasional functional application management tasks, such as entering and managing master data, carried out by one of our consultants. These tasks are limited to functional application management only. Consultancy work is excluded. This service is available on an ad-hoc basis upon request.
Project Management
We have extensive experience in implementing and rolling out TimeTell. Customers can take advantage of this by hiring a project manager who will be responsible for the implementation process.
