Hosting
TimeTell software is available both online and on-premises. For TimeTell Online, we collaborate with the combination of Avantage / Uniserver. Uniserver is one of the largest cloud hosting organizations in The Netherlands. Avantage contributes specialized knowledge in management and security. Both organizations are ISO 27001, NEN 7510, and ISAE 3000 certified. The data centers used by Uniserver are located in Amsterdam and Almere in The Netherlands.
TimeTell, Avantage, and Uniserver all hold an ISO 27001 certification, which guarantees the quality of hosting, information security, and personal data protection.
To ensure the continued high quality of service, audits are repeated periodically.
Information Security
For internal TimeTell processes, we adhere to the ISO 27001 standard. We also regularly conduct penetration testing on our data infrastructure. These tests confirm that our infrastructure is safe and reliable. For the most recent penetration test, we received the highest rating of 5 stars.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect in 2018. Our services fully comply with the legal standards set forth. To achieve this, we worked with the legal experts from our industry association, NLDigital.
They, together with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), established the Data Pro certification, which allows IT organizations to demonstrate that they have taken all necessary actions under the GDPR. TimeTell was one of the first organizations to achieve the Data Pro certification. We have created a “Data Pro” data processing agreement and implemented a data breach protocol. Since 2023, the Data Pro certification is being conducted at the European level by Scope Europe, and TimeTell is included in their Data Pro Register (Adherence ID 2023SCOPE6009000DATAPRO). The associated procedures and attitude have been embedded in our overall corporate culture.
Information security is a continuous process. Our Privacy Officer and two Security Officers are responsible for overseeing these practices and attitudes to ensure the ongoing protection of our information security.
