What is a Clock System?
With a clock system, employees can quickly clock in and out. This can be done using a badge, key fob, or fingerprint. The organization immediately knows who is present or absent in the building, which is essential for appropriate action during emergencies. A clock system also provides insights into whether staffing levels are adequate and how many hours are being logged. This delivers valuable data regarding working hours, work distribution, break times, and absenteeism. With the Reports module, clear reports can be generated from this data.
Attendance at a glance
With the clock system for personnel, you can see employee attendance and absence on a reception screen. The clock system also shows at which clock terminal and location employees have clocked in or out. Additionally, the reason for absence can be made visible, such as a business trip or leave. To complete the overview, you can capture important employee data, such as their job title and phone number. This is not mandatory and can be omitted due to privacy concerns.
TimeTell clock system and the TimeTell App
The TimeTell clock system (our Time & Attendance module) is complemented by the TimeTell App. Through the app, employees can clock in and out independently of location, eliminating the need for a physical clock terminal. This is essential, especially when your staff regularly works from home or at external locations. The reception screen is also accessible via the app, showing the location of the clocking. By activating geofencing, you can specify which locations employees can clock in and out of using the app’s clock system.

The barcode scanner is the hardware solution for job registration. This solution allows you to register time information per order, customer, project, and/or activity.
Combining Time & Attendance with other modules
