The new TimeTell Support Portal for TimeTell administrators
Are you responsible for managing TimeTell within your organization? Then we have a new tool you should know about: TimeTell Support Portal.
This portal is your knowledge base for many questions you might have about TimeTell. Next to this you can find manuals, technical documentation as well as release notes, and you can submit tickets to our Helpdesk.
Also, technical update files can be found here to update your On-premises TimeTell installation to a newer version. The Support Portal replaces the Download Section where the update files were made available in the past.
Practical Information
- You can find the Support Portal here: support.timetell.com Our Helpdesk has sent out login details by e-mail.
- The TimeTell Support Portal is always ‘open’. Our Helpdesk colleagues are there to help you with technical or practical questions about TimeTell on Monday to Friday from 9h-12h30 and 13h-17h CET.
