On TimeTell websites (personal) data of visitors is processed. We value your privacy, which is why we handle the collected data with the utmost care. In line with the AVG/GPRD, this privacy statement contains information about how we process this (personal) data. Purpose and base of processing
TimeTell processes your personal data in order to contact you at your request, to inform you about new services and products from TimeTell and to inform you (if requested) about the content and practical matters regarding TimeTell courses.
Processing takes place on the basis of at least one of the following legal bases:
1. Consent of the person concerned. You always have the right to withdraw the permission given by you for the processing of the personal data you provided by means of the web form.
2. The processing is necessary to represent the legitimate interests of TimeTell, namely customer and relationship management and informing and supporting (future) customers regarding new services (including courses) and TimeTell products.
Cookies
TimeTell uses cookies on its websites. Cookies are small files that store your preferences while surfing and save them on your own computer. A cookie does NOT store name, address and age and other personal data. Cookies only store your preferences and your interests based on your surfing behaviour. Permission is required for some cookies. If applicable, you will be asked by means of a pop-up window, at least on a first visit to our website.

Functional cookies
These are cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the TimeTell website.
Analytical cookies (anonymous)
These are cookies that analyze the use of the TimeTell websites, so that TimeTell can improve the quality and effectiveness of its websites. TimeTell only processes anonymous data from analytical cookies before this data is shared with third parties.
Google Analytics
Our website also has cookies, placed by the American company Google, as part of the Analytics service.Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not authorized Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google collects is rendered anonymous as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google Analytics is certified under the Privacy Shield.
Tracking cookies
We may place advertisements in the Google search engine through Google Adwords. A cookie from Google Adwords is placed once an ad is clicked. The purpose of our ads is to direct the person who clicks them to a specific page, service or information. For every visitor of our website who reaches such a specific page, service or information, we request a pixel of Google Adwords. If a cookie from Google Adwords is set, it is sent with the pixel. In this way we and Google can relate the achieved goal to clicking on the advertisement. We also use the information obtained with the help of Google Adwords to make our advertisements more effective. Google may also relate this information to the information collected using Google Analytics. See Googles privacy policy. The Google Adwords cookie is stored for 90 days.
Customizing cookie settings
If you wish, you can refuse the use of cookies by TimeTell or third parties, remove the placed cookies or ensure that you receive a warning before cookies are placed on your browser and / or computer. To do so, please go to your browser settings (which may differ per browser).
Recipients personal data
Vimexx is Timetell websites hosting company. They have access to the content of the webforms, including personal data.
Rocket Digital performs our Search Engine Advertising. They will only store statistics based on anonymous data.
Website maintenance and Search Engine Optimisation are taken care of by Euforiedesign. They have access to data, in the context of maintenance and support.
Personal data storage
As long as the partnership between TimeTell and the third party is active, data will be stored. All data will be rendered inaccessible within one month of terminating the contract. Data of prospects or interested parties will be rendered inaccessible after one month since last contact or as soon as the possible partnership is no longer viable.
Your rights
You have the right to submit a request for access, correction and /or removal of the personal data processed for you. A request for inspection also includes the right to recover the personal data you have provided in a structured, current and machine-readable form, so that you can provide this personal data to another controller. In addition, you have the right to submit a request to limit the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint through our Privacy Officer or directly with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
