We encourage our clients to have a TimeTell project team and some clients to have a core user group. The project team’s task is to work with the TimeTell team to ensure TimeTell is implemented in a successful, efficient and timely manner.
In larger companies, we often work with a project team, which generally monitors the implementation and functioning of TimeTell. A consultant from TimeTell Corporation or an external consultancy organisation generally sits in both the project group and core user group, specifically to share their knowledge or experience.
The application administrator is often a member of the project team, which also consists of a line manager and employees from the groups/departments involved, for instance Personnel and Organisation & Administration.
