TimeTell Training

This course is meant for the functional application manager of TimeTell, managers and key-users. This course will guide you through the time registration functionalities such as the timesheet and the registering of hours. Besides this, during this training also the subjects: Leave & Absence, Schedules and basic reports will also be explained.

Planning

This course is meant for the functional application manager of TimeTell, managers and schedulers.
This course will guide you through project planning, resource demand, allocation and the scheduling of employees, holding the availability into account. Furthermore timesheets, calendars, schedules, leave & absence and basic reports are discussed.

Functional Management

This course is meant for the functional application manager of TimeTell, that has already followed the course Time Registration or/Planning. During this course the management functions for employees, activities, projects and clients are explained. Furthermore different options within the calculation rules, configuration and authorization profiles are discussed. Also subjects like tariffs, balances and email notifications will be mentioned.

Reports

This course is meant for clients who have the Report module. This training is set up into 2 parts, a morning (basic) and an afternoon part (advanced).

The morning part (basic) is meant for all those who have worked intensively with the reports. The following subjects are discussed: the use of standard reports, authorization and configuring the report explorer, possible dynamic reports and the adjusting of existing dynamic reports ( filtering, drilling, sorting and graphics).

The afternoon part ( advanced) is meant for the functional or technical application manager of TimeTell and others that want to create reports or adjust reports. Knowledge of the databases is compulsory. The following subjects will be mentioned: the explanation of the TimeTell data model, adjusting existing reports, and building your own reports ( query and layout).
