Time registration for your staff, fast and easy

With TimeTell, employees can easily and quickly record worked hours on activities, projects, and/or clients. This provides immediate insight into the hours worked by employees, as well as the hours spent per project, client, or customer. These hours can be compared against the budget or schedule and can be billed if applicable. The time registration system can be customized and implemented according to your company’s preferences.

  • Book time via a clock terminal using a key fob (drop), badge (credit card size), and/or fingerprint.
  • Option for clocking in and out when logging in on your own PC (soft clock).
  • The reception screen provides insight into employee presence.
  • The reason for absence is visible (sickness or leave).

Interface module

All neccasary data centralised and up-to-date

Often, TimeTell is part of a complete software landscape. To maintain up-to-date data and avoid duplicate entries, many customers establish an interface. With the help of the scheduler, the frequency of import and export can be configured.

  • Import or export data from external systems.
  • File exchange based on CSV (XLS (Excel)) or XML files), or directly with an external database.
  • With the Interface module, you can synchronize the TimeTell Calendar with your personal MS Outlook calendar.
