Time registration for your staff, fast and easy
With TimeTell, employees can easily and quickly record worked hours on activities, projects, and/or clients. This provides immediate insight into the hours worked by employees, as well as the hours spent per project, client, or customer. These hours can be compared against the budget or schedule and can be billed if applicable. The time registration system can be customized and implemented according to your company’s preferences.
Insight into working hours
With clear reports, you gain insight into work and break times. This applies to situations involving overtime, plus, or minus hours. TimeTell offers the ability to generate monthly reports for each employee and distribute them via email. This provides employees with clarity, insight, and peace of mind. Monthly reports can be tailored to the organization’s needs and can include the company logo.
Time registration App
Working on-site or from home? With the TimeTell App and the Time registration Module, time registration is location-independent. Logging hours via the time tracking app is simple and quick. The app is also an integral part of the TimeTell environment. Time records are synchronized online with the TimeTell software, so it doesn’t matter which medium is used: PC, tablet, or smartphone. Everyone has the same information and is always up-to-date.

Attendance with TimeTell Clock System
With a clock terminal, you can register employees’ attendance. TimeTell can show at which clock terminal and location someone has checked in or out. Identification is done using an RFID card, key fob, or fingerprint. The reason for absence (such as a business trip) can also be specified.

Module: External Approval
Since TimeTell version 9.4, it is possible to use the ‘External Approval’ module. With this module, you can have external parties approve bookings without needing extra licenses. You can also have on-site bookings signed off by external parties using a signature in the TimeTell Time Tracking App. This is very convenient for recording time when your employees are working at external locations.
Leave & Sickness Registration
In TimeTell, leave and sickness can be registered. The entire workflow of requesting, approving, and processing balances is supported. For a manager who needs to approve leave requests, it’s important to have insight into the distribution of various leave requests. TimeTell can visually display the holiday planning (see image), making it clear when employees are absent. Additionally, employees always have insight into their leave balances. Leave requests can be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Time Registration Reports
The Reporting module contains hundreds of standard reports, both graphical and tabular. Additionally, it’s possible to create custom reports (layout and query). Drilling down to underlying information is also possible. Exports to MS Excel, PDF, and other formats can be achieved. Dynamic reports can also be generated from this module (pivot tables, graphs, filtering, grouping, etc.).
Interface solutions with ERP or HRM Systems

Combining time registration with other functionalities
TimeTell is a modular package. In addition to Time Registration/Timesheet, TimeTell offers one other main module: Planning, for project planning and/or personnel and shift scheduling. One or both main modules can be combined with one or more submodules to achieve the requered functionalities.
